I'm Romy Poletti -- the newest (and potentially girliest) Resolution IM team member. My role here is that of Accounts & Strategies Associate, working alongside Jonathan Kochis who has done an incredible job of building this company.
Today is 'officially' my first day, although for the past few weeks I've been hard at work setting up the additional ResolutionIM offices -- located directly below our other office.
