Hay Communications Cooperative Ltd., a provider of local telephone service, long distance, and Internet services to residents and businesses in Grand Bend, Dashwood, Zurich, and the surrounding communities, has chosen Resolution to redesign and reorganize their current website.
The Hay website serves as a community web portal and an information source for both existing and potential clients. Current features such as email account login and online account viewing will be integrated into a professional layout that offers consistency and improved usability. One of the hurdles present on the current site is the inability Hay staff has to effectively update content. To overcome this, a database-powered content management system will be developed allowing non-technical staff to make updates to the website through a custom administration console.
