A New Direction in Patient Orientation

It's rewarding enough to be selected to build a project that's going to have a positive impact on people going through a process as difficult as cancer treatment.

It's even more rewarding when the end result is met with rave reviews.

The London Regional Cancer Program virtual orientation takes newly diagnosed cancer patients through a typical first visit at the clinic. In-depth audience research, full-frame HD video, a calming visual interface, and interactive wayfinding tools come together to create a truly helpful experience.

The complete project is available online at http://lrcp.tours.lhsc.on.ca. Thanks to all who helped make this possible.

Working with ResIM was an incredible experience.

They came up with an approach that will not only give information but help to reduce the anxiety associated with a new diagnosis.
